Notes(If the following notes are not met or fulfilled, distribution may be restricted.)

- Distributor applicants should have research facilities to treat the distributed resources.

- The distributed resources are nontransferable and cannot be redistributed.

- If distributees (i.e., the researchers who receive the resources) publish research papers or apply for a patent using the distributed resources, they must cite the source.

- Distributees should complete the distribution results survey.
